All air conditioning systems with a cooling capacity over 12kW must be inspected. If individual units are less than 12kW but the combined effective rated output is more than 12kW, they must be inspected. The inspection includes an assessment of the system’s efficiency and a review of sizing and advice on efficiency, improvements, and replacement or alternative solutions. Inspections must be carried out every 5 years. Air conditioning inspections must follow Guidance TM44 to ensure they comply with the European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and be carried out by an independent, accredited assessor.

• Cleaning and replacing filters as required to ensure they are not dirty or blocked
• Checking the entire system for any leaks, including refrigerant where necessary
• Testing electrical connections and making any repairs as required
• Using only manufacturer approved parts to ensure any warranty conditions are met
• Any replacement parts not held in stock are obtained quickly, due to our strong working relationship with leading industry manufacturers and suppliers
• Advice on the overall condition of your equipment, highlighting any potential faults before they start causing a major problem or fail
• All works are guaranteed – if in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, then we will return to ensure that works are completed to your satisfaction
